Great chicken, by far my favourite fried chicken chain at the moment. Love the flavour and the crispness. Chicken portions are also a good size compared to other places. The staff are always very nice and helpful and the restaurant is kept to a good level of cleanliness although a little mess can be seen after peak times.
The chicken sriracha loaded fries are lovely and IMO are one of the nicest fast food dishes available on the high street. The BBQ chicken and cheese wrap I also ordered had been cooked for far too long and was too hot hold, the wrap had gone all soggy and the all the filling was far too hot eat, even after standing for 3-5 mins. I’d still recommend Jollibees, but just go for the chicken sriracha loaded fries.

Awesome experience today! Delicious food and friendly staffs! There's just one instance when I bought a 6 piece chicken joy bucket and with it were two backbone parts along with others. I don't know if this is normal but there was not much meat in the backbone part which I think is unfair.Kid-friendliness: They have no problem with our pram taking a lot of space in the dining area.
