After a long time having had a refurbishment finally back open!A dedicated delivery driver counter helps but does not have the promised 'separate entrance' - drivers use the same store entrance but a tiny collection desk area!Slightly better layout with more seating but seems a bit more cramped. Nice high tables for two people to eat at with space underneath to store bags whilst eating. the deco and refubs is nice, but if you're disabled like me, there is no room to get a wheelchair around to sit down.so I had to move a child off the children table with the tablets so we could eat,Wheelchair accessibility: no good if you're disabled.
We popped in for 4 milkshakes. The shakes themselves were spot on. However that was the only good thing.When the orders go in, the screen shows them as preparing. When they are done, they move to the green please collect side of the screen. Pretty straightforward you would think. NO! ........ The orders go over the collection part almost instantaneously...... Then, with about 10 items showing for collection....... Nothing! We all wait to collect our orders with nothing to collect....read full review
