Excellent! Perhaps the best restaurant in Reading. Piwnica has immediately entered into our rotation of Reading dinner spots.It’s authentic, has character, and the food is outstanding. All service was amazing. It’s a shame there aren’t more regional restaurants like this in Reading and all over England.
Great place, if the food and beer taste like that in Poland then I am booking my flight now! Food amazing as always and top notch atmosphere I can see they upped their game with social media marketing- what a difference. Well done from regular local customer x

Date night on a Tuesday. Food lovely and good portions. Wine served in a big gin glass so well worth the £4.50, decent amount ,not sparingly like most restaurants. Service was good, shame about the background music - same record constantly and annoying. Getting there is a bit of a pain if you don't know the one-way systems around Reading, but all-in-all, good place to eat and reasonably priced.
