Super place for afternoon tea. The staff are so lovely, the food delicious, and the ambience cool and restful. We had the standard menu, (as opposed to upgrading to Prosecco or champers) and it was perfect. The choice of teas means everyone finds something delicious, and you can have seconds! Delightful.
My husband chose this place to celebrate our anniversary this year, he saw they serve oysters (and I love oysters). They don’t serve oyster any day but Fridays and Saturdays, unfortunately. Dinner for 2 was excellent. 1st class service and superb food and wine. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The surroundings were comfortable and special without being pretentious. Highly recommended.
