The taste of the food reflects the general constraints of NHS hospitals in that catering is almost last on the list of priorities, so the low budget taste of the meals is very evident. Rating this as "average" in comparison with restaurants outside hospitals. For a restaurant inside a hospital, the Courtyard Restaurant has easily exceeded my expectations (which were low). Beats a food vending machine any time.
