Pizzas were 20 mins, late rang to see what had happened. I was told it was delivered, ring door bell told to leave in black box. I don't have a ring door bell nor a black box, but they thought I was lying. Eventually turned up 30 mins late cold no apology and wouldn't take it back, he said it was the shops fault. Not impressed with customer relations or delivery service.
Have ordered twice from this store and twice one of the sides has not been sent.However was promised to be sent the missing side asap. Would be nice to actually eat a side with the main pizza for once.Off to Domino's we go next time.

Don't know why this place had poor reviews. We had fast service and good pizza's (everyone in the office found them better than the other two big chains most people seem to rave about???) & friendly when I collected. + not too £££
