It's great, a good sense of experience upon walking in. Great customer service and plenty of information regarding what's in what; what's good and what isn't. Overall good management of staff and customers especially considering the pandemic
As a family we have always enjoyed the food from subway in Thatcham.Recently I have felt frustrated when placing our food orders. The staff are young and are not good at making sure only 2 customers are in the store despite signs stating this and social distancing.
