Only ever had positive visits to this store and experienced friendly staff, I work in Kingswood and this is our 'afternoon pick me up' store of choice for a coffee and cake run. It'd always lovely to visit this Costa. The staff are lovely and always offer to bring my order to my table (I'm unsure if this is just because I have the toddler with me or if they do this normally for people). The drinks are always a good temperature and the atmosphere is good. Its very popular because sometimes I walk past and its too full so I don't bother going in.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a disabled toilet.
