Harbour & Browns, a restaurant nestled in the new Wapping Wharf development in Bristol, offers a delightful dining experience. The menu features a tapas-style selection, providing a decent amount of choice for groups. While the short rib dish was a minor disappointment, the rest of the menu was praised for its deliciousness. Standout dishes include the truffle mac and cheese bites, which were so good that the diners ordered an additional portion, and the perfectly cooked lamb rump that melted in the mouth. The service, provided by a fabulous waitress, was exceptional, despite it being her second shift covering the restaurant. Although the prices may be higher than other Bristol establishments, the overall dining experience at Harbour & Browns was described as lovely. The restaurant's location alongside the harbour adds to the warm and inviting atmosphere.
