Not half bad tbh! Great cosy atmosphere. Lovely warm staff. I was moved by their kindness and friendliness. Had the pork roast dinner which filled a gap and was tasty. And the Aspall Cider was as always delightful. Great selection of food and drinks. Decent enough for sure.
Good place for dinner, British and international food, young and attentive staff, you can also stay for a drink in the pub downstairs. The dishes recommended on the menu are fantastic, my daughter tried the pizza and it was very good.

Went here for Mother's Day. Top food, drinks and service. Lily was the best server. Perfect combo of checking in regularly enough without it being overkill. And attentive enough to get extra drinks, gravy and desserts when we were ready. Never felt like we were waiting too long for anything. Food came when expected and was all cooked very well.
