Order arrived incomplete, via Uber eats. I ordered using the McDonalds app. Items were missing and there’s no option to contact any help services through the app. Been on hold to Uber eats for 30 mins. No answer whatsoever. Poor customer service!

Food always comes out cold. Always have to send back. Ice cream is only half full and the hot drinks as well. Table's don't get washed down that much and it's so cold with the door keeps opening and shutting by its self. One side is closed most off the time.
