A truly great country pub. Staff were very welcoming. The music was awesome. If you love guitar based bands you will be in your element. The food is absolute heaven. We all had starters, mains and desserts. The drinks slipped down very well also. Lovely, lovely venue.
Our first visit for some time. We were pleased to see it was not busy as it was early afternoon. A very cheerful greeting, prompt service by a very polite young man. From reading the menu they say " we don't do fast food, we do good food as fast as we can" so, with an expectation set, we ordered our food from a good selection. This was perfect for lunch on a day out with the family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. There was something on the menu for all tastes. It was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
