“Me and my husband came last night for food, after hearing mixed reviews about the food here we thought we would give it a try and honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The young girl serving us was very attentive to our worries and was assuring us about their new chef and showing us the changes to the menu and recommended food for us to try (which I must say I usually wouldn’t go for in a pub). I must also add it seemed like she really cared the way she spoke to us and also overheard the way she was speaking to other customers it was lovely to see from a girl that age as it really makes all the difference to your experience. My husband got the salmon, it looked lovely and tasted even better the only thing I would say is that the cut of salmon is quite small. I went for the vegetable lasagna, again this was very nice and tasted very fresh. They also have deals on with food and drink on certain nights which the young girl informed us on. We will definitely return for these! Overall we left very impressed!”

“accommodated a large group of us well enough, server was a bit terse however all of the other staff were lovely. food was good however it was very warm where we were sat (by the open kitchen).”
