Ordered food online. Items were missing had to reorder so needed to pay delivery again ( I did get a refund for the items that were missing) and to cover the cost of delivery, staff said they'd send some extra mozzarella sticks.... which never showed up. I only reordered because I believed the delivery charge would have been covered. Disappointed ?

Takes ages and people get eggy as it takes ages because it really shouldn't take ages. Machines never print tickets which is fine but they never show your number either so chaos follows. Better off getting frozen burger from Iceland across the road, watch it defrost, cook it and then eat that. Much quicker.
