We queued together with the rest of the customers but when came to our turn we were ignored and the guy behind counter served the ladies behind us. Without even checking we were served the ‘take-away’ cups. Felt mistreated as we are non-White?! This is the second experience in this village within a day. I hope I’m being sensitive.
I came in this morning expecting a nice cold iced coffee to cool me down on a very hot day. What I got was quite the opposite. The young lady that was making my coffee first of all didn’t even put a whole coffee shot into my drink as she missed half of it meaning I got a drink that tasted purely of milk. The service was okay.

I confess I like Costa Coffee. I think it’s a very good cup of coffee, normally. Shop busy on a Monday, two coffees both inadequately prepared, both only tepid. Flat whites should never look like that or taste like that. No point in taking them back. Queue was long and the Shop understaffed Pity. The offering not quite matching up the recent refurbishment.
