My grandson is partially sighted and requires a tad more light than pizza express have. Now, get this, head office remotely dim the lights part way into our meal and the local staff cannot over ride it.

Food was ok. Despite no issue at other locations beware of using Tesco vouchers.. they couldn’t get ours to work which we were told was not unusual at this branch. Wasn’t offered much assistance from management but finally sorted it, actually by ourselves on the pizza express app by adding the code manually. Sadly though a fan of pizza express wouldn’t return to this branch.

Arrived at 9pm, two of us.Pizza arrived at 945pm.It was not fully cooked and we ordered one Cuban thin crust and one classic amarocan. We received both with classic bases. It was obvious that everyone in the restaurant was second to the take away orders. The chef was really busy and nothing was coming into the restaurant. Very very poor at least the staff recognised the problem and took the Cuban order off the bill. Will not be using pizza express again

I came in to place an order and will never come back after today. I waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me. The manager was too busy talking to his friend with his back turned towards the diners. His friend clearly told him that a customer was waiting, but he didn't bother to turn around. Two young waitresses were rushed off their feet whilst this man was casually talking and having a good time... this didn't sit right with me. I urge customers to visit other branches in the wider area like Gerrards Cross where you'll have a better experience.

Had a 5.30 booking. Restaurant had a few people already eating/waiting for food.The waitress was very prompt taking order but it went downhill after that. Starters came 40 mins later but after 2-3 minutes had to ask at the kitchen where my 9 year old's starter was as it had failed to be served.Starters finished, we then had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for mains. We didn't bother with dessert.
