Having worked in catering most of my young life, I have to say that this place, even though a chain restaurant, did it perfectly. The gay gentleman who served us was training a new girl. It was an extremely busy night, but he managed to simultaneously:1- make sure the new girl was getting her train in and he kept an eye on her2- made sure we were satisfied and that our order was taken correctly3- made sure no other customer in the busy restaurant was made to wait for service more...read full review

Food was ok. Despite no issue at other locations beware of using Tesco vouchers.. they couldn’t get ours to work which we were told was not unusual at this branch. Wasn’t offered much assistance from management but finally sorted it, actually by ourselves on the pizza express app by adding the code manually. Sadly though a fan of pizza express wouldn’t return to this branch.
