We came here after doing the light display. There was a nice range of hot and cold food and a good selection of drinks. There's plenty of seating inside and out and the service was fairly quick.
Popped in today for a family lunch. First of all there are two places that do food in the courtyard. One for hot sit down meals and one for takeaway. Sadly the selection of sandwiches in the takeaway was very poor, they only had five left at just after 1pm.In the end we went to the hot sit down cafe. Not the kind of food you would expect from a cafe in a stately home.Clever food with some very interesting ingredients and flavour combinations great quality food.One guy controlling order taking, and boy did he do a good job keeping the gues down.Not only is Waddesden a beautiful opulent house,the cafe did it justice as well.So we'll done guys a lovely day at the doodle and s lovely meal to bootParking: A lot of parking nicely laid out.
