Went for lunch here today with family friends, and a short staffed team of 3 absolute legends ran their tails off to deliver delicious food, in a timely, courteous, kind and thoughtful manner to our table of 9 with 2 dogs. Even the dogs had yummy sausages! Anja, I believe you’re the boss, please give today’s team a promotion/bonus. The pub was full of happy, relaxed customers and they kept their smiles up throughout. What a team!
Christmas Lunch amazing..the good was superb the service amazing, a,busy day for the staff but run like clockwork ..the best roast and a trio of puds was to die for! Special mention to Tracey Carol and Dom behind tfe bar

We visited today for lunch, as it was our wedding anniversary tomorrow and was likely to be less busy on a Friday lunchtime. The food was very good, as was the service by Keyleigh. She was polite, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We were served promptly, with great humour. Highly recommended.
