Everytime ice come here they take forever with the orders and people who have ordered shortly after you get their order first.Theirs is a big order and yours Is a small one. They take forever.
Absolutely the worst McDonald's. Epically slow service 15-20 minutes from order to the next part of the chaos, once your orders ready your number will be said by a random team member at a volume inaudible to anyone more than 10cm away. This team member will slowly increase in volume so after 5-10 minutes you might be lucky enough to hear it and collect. 1 of 2 things then happen, 1 you check your order and its wrong so you wait another 5 minutes and have a half hot half cold meal....read full review

Thanks to the manager 18/11/23 0905amI could get my water bottle refilled, when I was caught out by not having my wallet with me. It's great for the environment.I really appreciated it and it would be great if members of staff were aware of the ability to get a water refill.I had a medical condition and really needed water.The staff wasn't aware and someone more shy, could have gone away and not got the water they needed.Thank you Lady Manager. ?
