We have been to Nando’s numerous times, but we have never encountered such a bad service. The waitress didn’t know what she was doing on her shift. She forgot what we had ordered and on top of that.. she gave us something else which we didn’t order after waiting 25mins. Improve your service! We are not going to this Nando’s again!
I have been to this Nando's a good few times over the past 12 months. Its convenient when doing other activities at Cambridge Lesuire and I am consistently disappointed. The other Nandos restaurants in Cambridge are far better. I just can't understand how this particular restaurant is so below par compared with others I visit. There wasnt many people inside but we had been waiting for around half am hour hour still no sign of when the food is coming. I've also just heard the table behind us saying that one of there meals didn't come so they have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes.
