We walked in for a drink before going back to the hotel. We requested a cocktail that was not served, however the barman made it for us & my husband said it was one of the best he'd had. ? Amazing friendly welcome. Thank you ?
I know this is one of my local pubs but this shouldn’t stop me giving a very positive review. Good beer, the ales constantly changing, good food with a number of specials changing daily. Jo and her staff run a friendly City pub and long may it continue. We booked a three-course dinner for 36 people (20 December) and Jo the landlady offered the karaoke free of charge. We had the best time - so highly recommend, and we're looking forward to seeing what they have to offer in the summer. Great staff too, couldn't have been more helpful. Can't fault them. Thanks from the Cambridge Lawn Tennis Club.
