Food was good, deserts underwhelming, prices a bit high.There was no mobile signal (for O2 at least) and the free WiFi requires a sign a form AND to accept marketing emails in order to connect!If there is no coverage at least make it easy to connect to WiFi please.
It is a really lovely and atmospheric Inn located just outside Cambridge, and convenient for M11 and A14. There are both Bar and Restaurant areas, plus outside terrace. We. have been a couple of times with friends. They have a really good menu serving both A La Carte plus Pub Classic Options. Their Pies are excellent. Really friendly and efficient staff. Can thoroughly recommend.

We visted on Saturday evening, the service was excellent as always, the food delicious and the atmosphere welcoming and warm given it was a cold and wet night. We sat in the bar area as we had the dog with us and even he got a treat with the doggy biscuits provided. We had the Ox Cheek, Venison Pie and Hake, all of which we highly recommend. We will be visiting again.
