Organised an after work meal here to send off some staff leavers. Was an amazing time. They made our every cocktail/mocktail without hesitation and though food wasn't gonna be gourmet at a pub restaurant, it was hearty and good and we had no complaints for our party of 15. Served by Val, thoroughly pleasant and cheery despite the hour of the morning I arrived for breakfast! Food was great, exactly as you'd expect bacon and eggs. Continental breakfast was nice, would have preferred either actual maple syrup or standard golden syrup. Maple flavour golden syrup is a strange and unpleasant invention!
