We don't get there very often due to distance, but this is my favourite restaurant. The quality of the ingredients, the 'thinking out of the box' combinations and the attention to detail is sublime. The highlights of the January menu have to be the smoked carrot tartare paired with the lightest mixed seed cracker and the cashew parfait (the yeast topping could con you in to think you are eating the smoothest, most unctious duck parfait) and the flourish brassicas with paillason...read full review
This place is amazing. Alex and his team never cease to amaze and surprise us with extraordinary food. Imaginative, beautiful and delicious. Ambience is casual elegance and a banging martini!
