Nana's Tea Room
25a High St, ChatterisI visited Nana's tea room today with friends and family. The welcome was warm, as was the decor. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had delicious homemade cakes and decent coffee. I took away a couple of sandwiches. Presented in a lovely cardboard picnic box, the sandwiches were well filled and extremely tasty. Some crinkle crisps were included. A really great place for lunch if you're in Chatteris. I would thoroughly recommend.

Petrou Bros
23 W Park St, ChatterisI'm a coeliac,I have to eat GF and Petrou Bros serve gluten free fish and chips. The Cod is beautifully white flakes, the batter is always crisp,perfectly cooked and the chips are always freshly cooked. They are so reliable,offering me fish and chips that I can enjoy every time. Prices are excellent and the service is always efficient, pleasant and friendly.

3 Market Hill, ChatterisThe Old Bakery provided a beautiful buffet for a funeral we had yesterday at Emmanuel Church. Thank you so much the food was top quality, all homemade and generous amounts too.

The Sportsman
Fairway, ChatterisAbsolutely fantastic time at the sportsman. Family friendly, incredible disco in the evening. Very welcoming atmosphere. I'd recommend to all, whether you be a single person, a couple, or a family. You will have a fantastic time. Also, Tori is fantastic.

52 High St, ChatterisHaven’t been here for a while because the last time I came in it was so so , we decided to give it another try food was very good saved money on bringing in your own alcohol, we live in Chatteris but we go to another restaurant because the management are so friendly & unlike this restaurant they fill it this is mostly empty, i do think they need to try something else to get punters in the door .

Dragon Inn
50 High St, ChatterisAmazing food and great English on the phone which makes ordering a pleasure without a heavy language barrier which makes people like me with a deadly pea allergy happy they can understand and remove it from the rice, the only two downsides is they don't deliver so you must pick it up and the inside of the building in the waiting area is freezing cold which can be a little problem during winter but it's well worth the painful cold ears and face when you're getting delicious food afterwards, it's always piping hot which makes it an amazing treat, just be warned it maybe a little greasy to handle but otherwise it's amazing, highly recommend

Tonight we had a box of doner meat and a small portion of chips.
Although I ate all the meat one box would have been sufficient for the two of us. The small chips were massive, we couldn’t finish them as there were too many.

15 Bridge St, ChatterisMy go to cafe stop when in town. Good food and homemade cakes, an array of options to choose from with a lovely little shop attached!! Will be back again next year on our return to Ballater

Chilli Masters
30a High St, ChatterisOrdered from here whilst visiting the area for work and had a recommendation from a colleague - what a great recommendation it was!
I ordered the Donner deluxe box with chilli sauce and garlic mayo with lettuce and onions - it was a well sized portion (not excessive vegetables and hardly any meat, like some places do). The chips also had some sauce on but I mixed them with the meat for better coverage and they were well cooked. I also had halloumi fries, which were some of the best I've ever had - a light coating and a delicious sauce to dip!
