LJ's Sandwich Bar
40 Church St, Gamlingay, SandyHad to spend the whole day in Gamlingay due to work and found at LJ's not only a place where I could have lunch (not normally a salad person, but it was a hot day and it was absolutely amazing!) but also a place where I could relax during lunchtime and forget it was a working day, for the couple hours I've spent here. Excellent service!
Ps: they also let me charge my phone as I was running out of battery at an alarming rate, in the most natural, human, down to heart way possible.
I'll definitely become a regular ! Thank you LJ's ♥️

Jannah
1 Church St, Gamlingay, SandyBooked a table whilst on a weekend break based on the Google reviews.
Drove past during the day, and we were a little concerned as the exterior looked a bit run down and unkept.
Double check Google reviews and decided to try it.......and very glad we did.
This was one of, if not the best, the curries I've ever had.
We had chicken tikka and chat starter, very tasty, and the chicken was nice.
Chicken korma and karahi main with egg rice, sag aloo, and a chapati, it was all very very nice.
I would definitely go back if ever we were in the area.

The Cock Inn
25 Church St, Gamlingay, SandyWe stayed at this lovely location in our Campervan for 1 night. We found it in Motorhome Stop over app. Although the services offered were not available. Elec hook up etc and no home cooked meals. The Landlady was lovely. Very accommodating and the alcohol was good too. There was no problem for food the co-op was opposite the pub and we used the Chinese Takeaway a few doors down.We Will Be back.....
