This was the nearest fish and chips to where we were camping in Foxton. The fish just didn't feel freshly battered and it didn't flake into big chunks like my local Sheffield chippy. The chips were a bit limp and weren't anything to write home about. Decided to grab some fish and chips instead of a sandwich at the co-op. Was not disappointed.Ordered cod and chips with a fish cake. I think it's a bit expensive here but in the current time of massive price increases maybe I'm out of touch.The cod and chips were cooked to perfection and the shop was very clean inside.Staff were polite and helpful.
