First time here & will definitely be going back. Lovely building full of nostalgia. Friendly and helpful staff.Decided on something to eat, and the menu read so well. Can definitely recommend the steak and kidney steam pudding and the southern fried chicken burger. Both superb and just being able to taste the homemade goodness of it all. Marvellous. Also being able to watch the chef work was a bonus, as was him personally delivering my dessert, which was a warm Victoria sponge.....read full review

After a visit to Duxford imperial war museum we ate our dinner here. The sirloin steak I recommend. Order it with bluecheese sauce. Not to be sneezed at!And: the fried onion rings are really great. Never eaten so well before.

Great pub to take a coach party! Excellent service! Very friendly and welcoming! Plenty of room to park the coach! Great place to stop for food if you’re on route to Newmarket races! Highly recommended
