Although I live 80 km away, this pub has become my 'local'. Whoever is behind the bar, or whose name is above the door, a warm and friendly welcome is always on offer. Being off the main strip, many people might not ordinarily know it is there which, for me, is part of its appeal. The bar is spacious and seating such that you can choose to be in the 'thick of things' or sit in a quieter area if you prefer to be out of the limelight.
