Rude driver complained because hed been sent from soham to ely for derlivery despite it being on their derlivery list!Chips seem to change from chip shop chips to fries everytime i order and apparently even if i pay extra for cheese on burger i never get a cheese burger it comes plain!Donna meat and chips size changes in size each time i order too!
I went in and placed and order.When I got home I realised my spicy potato’s were grey on the outside and still raw and uncooked in the centre.The chicken in my burger was a decent size but was so chewy that I couldn’t eat it.The customer service was awful, the chap behind the counter could smile let alone talk politely.Overall I would not go back, I don’t believe it’s always like this or all the food is like that but my experience was not good.

Disappointed with my order today. Everything is cold, so it'd been sitting for a while. I know it's only a one person order, but that doesn't make it less important :(Had better from other local places recently sadly
