A senior citizen I was accompanying to an eye test in Spec Savers had an unfortunate accident and the staff in Costa were extremely helpful and kind unlike the frosty response from the staff in Specsavers who claimed there were no toilet facilities to use.
It's nice, the baristas make nice coffee but it's a little cluttered at times and sometimes they block off a whole seating area for seemingly no reason.Vegetarian options: Yeah, they have vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Lots of drinks and foods kids will enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible if quiet.Dietary restrictions: Lots of non-dairy alternatives to dairy milk.

Go in reasonably often, staff are always polite & helpful. Was in recently & saw 2 guide dog puppies in training & staff were just fabulous. Helpful to their handlers, and as requested didn’t talk to the dogs, & made sure non dog people were accommodated. Just had coffee & chat with friends but it was a very pleasant experience.
