British • “Phenomenal doesn't even begin to describe this place. I don't really eat a lot of meat very often and I love vegan food. Came here for lunch with my mum today after she insisted I would love it and EVERYTHING was above and beyond my expectations. Every single thing we had was just delicious and gluten free too!! My mum has celiac disease and it's so nice to find somewhere with incredible vegan food AND gluten free options in the same place. The potato terrine is just amazing and we had to get two! Phenomenal food, lovely service, and such a sweet little place with the most wonderful atmosphere. We sat on the balcony and it's just beautiful. Already planning what I'll try on my next visit.Vegetarian options: EVERY SINGLE THING IS VEGAN AND DELICIOUS”

British • “Intimate early tea with the daughter. Food was outstanding (as always). The chicken wings were absolutely gorgeous. The braised shin lasagne never fails to pack a punch. Couple that with gorgeous cocktails and excellent service; all at a reasonable price. Thanks, guys. Can't wait to come back!”
British • “The red lion is me and my friends favourite pub we go every week, the reason me and my friends love this pub as it has a great atmosphere no matter what day you go in with amazing and friendly staff who always have a smile on their face and are always happy to help. The food that the red lion serves is always incredible with my favourite food to order being the mega mix grill.”

British • “Tried to book on the off chance on a Sunday lunchtime. They were really accommodating and honest, about the availability, and got us in. Service was rapid. Food was solidly good. Sunday lunch was generous and the steak pie was generous.Plus it's dog friendly.Clearly a popular weekend lunch spot as there was only 1 table slot available after ours”
British • “I visited here with my partner for the first time and went for the fine dining tasting menu. Our experience overall was really good. The service really is outstanding and it was great to try something new. We had a selection of 7 dishes plus an extra mini dish on arrival when we ordered some drinks and a selection of breads to choose from which were amazing!”

In fact, I'd never heard of it !We were a party of 20, so we were expecting a hiccup or two with it being a large group.I'm happy to say that the evening went without a mishap. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was also great. I would happily go back.”

“First visit to the new location. Lovely setting with very nice furnishings , much more space than previously. Proper bar and waiting area allows you to have a drink before your meal. Food and the drinks were excellent as always.”
