Positives - Helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent understand and preparation for gluten free coeliac standard food for breakfast. Good range of drinks in the bar. Easy to find location. Comfy bed and pillows. Good TV. Good range of hot drinks options in room. Quite good leisure facilities for gym, cardio and swimming. My stay at the hotel was very fun and adventurous, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and they’re always there when you need help. Susan the receptionist gave me recommendations of places to visit in Chester and Liverpool. The location is very convenient entering the city centre, Chester zoo and better links to the motorways.

This is our fifth time staying at the hotel and every time the staff go above and beyond. The breakfast keeps getting better and better every time. I would recommend booking the breakfast as well as the outside pods they are worth it. The pool facilities are incredible, all usage during your stay which is incredible. Definitely will keep coming back for sure.
