Visited for a late lunch. Pleasant greeting, drinks order taken and quickly delivered. Comprehensive menu with good vegetarian choices. Order taken and arrived in appropriate time. Both our meals were well presented and very much enjoyed. Appropriate checkback. Servers quite lovely, helpful and professional. A special offer day when all food was half price, making this incredibly value for money. I visit quite often, food and service consistently good
We decided to go to The Ring O Bells for a Christmas Lunch with a group of friends and had a really lovely time. We pre ordered our meals and everything was lovely. The food was hot and tasty and there was plenty of it, we were all very impressed. The restaurant was busy, but our waitress was every efficient and looked after us really well. It was the nicest Christmas meal that I’ve had for a long time, I’ll definitely go again for a meal in the New Year.

This isn’t your typical village cafe. The coffee is really good and the decor clean and tasteful. I can’t believe someone gave it 1 star because they don’t serve coffee in soup bowls like Starbucks and Costa! I’d advise that reviewer not to have coffee in Italy or France if they think the coffee here comes in small cups. Stick to swilling bowl fulls of generic chain coffee down your neck.
