Dropped in for a bottle on a Friday afternoon and grabbed a seat by the window as was reletively quiet when we arrived but soon got very busy. Nice ambiance with good tunes in the background and the barman was very helpful. Will defo be back again and not just for the wine but for the cheese too ?
Paysan is an awesome wine venue, one of the best that Chester has to offer, with Cavern of The Curious Gnome upstairs for beer lovers. The staff are all an absolute delight. If you're not sure what to have, they will listen to what you say you like and then find you something delicious and perfect. The chicken and chips is banging too.
