Lovely Staff - very friendly! The room was clean and warm - we booked the premier plus room. Shower was nice, TV was big enough, Nespresso machine was a lovely positive! Honestly wish there was an option to have a bath tub, but I’ve found in city centre locations this isn’t usually an option sadly.The location was pretty central - 10 minute walk to the amazing centre with all the shops and city walls, or 4 minute walk to the easiest parking spot or train station.We had the...read full review

Fantastic stay at this hotel, staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was really comfy, 7 min walk from railway station and the same to chester Town, absolutely perfect, would stay here again, wonderful stay.

Great location in walking distance of train station and all touristy things.The food leaves a lot to be desired. Cold breakfast. Very limited dinner menu. The food is usually better from Premier Inn s own restaurant but they really need to sort it out. Nothing worse than cold cooked breakfast.
