Bought a Venti (largest one you can buy) frappe, it came inside a plastic cup which was inside my own cup which defeats the purpose of it being reusable it also meant I couldnât put my lid on, and it was also significantly smaller than how it would of been inside my cup as you can see in the photos. Always a fast and lovely service. I order on the app for pickup from work and my order is usually ready when I arrive, great to skip the queue âşď¸ Drinks are always delicious and made perfectly, Iâm pumpkin spice addicted! ??

Dirty dirty dirty. Probably dirtiest Starbucks ever been in and I have done USA and Europe. Toilets not checked for hours and I would say the main area hasnât seen a mop for years.
