Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a vegetarian meal - when delivered it had chicken in it, I rang and they offered me a new one, at this point I was done with waiting and wanted a refund for the meal with chicken in. They refused to do this and practically called me a liar. They wanted me to come to the shop after paying a delivery fee to get a refund, not happening. Best Chinese in Crewe, our go to. Never had any issues with them whatsoever & have ordered from here a lot! The noodles are so yummy, always generous portions & hot food. Even delivered our food to us free of charge once when a family member accidentally pressed collection instead of delivery, I can’t fault them they’re the best

We just had order me and the guys and we had 2 squid’s and to two chicken salt and paper, they sent just one of each so they missed my order, when I phoned back they said we don’t have it any more but if I can pay by cash they can deliver it, so that’s 12 hour shift with no food thanks to this 0 service place. I respect any person and I’ve never put reviews bad or good whatsoever but this made me angry thé luck of unprofessional
