Despite the good food, my dining experiences have been marred by disappointing service and indifference towards customer concerns. Despite being a frequent customer, my special requests were often overlooked, and even after addressing the issue, there was no resolution.Additionally, a loyalty offer was rescinded due to a lack of awareness about the time limit for redemption. Just got my delivery, my particular food is lovely, however, my daughter is vegan and I specifically stated in capitals NO EGG in fried rice, just opened the rice to find EGG!! ?Dietary restrictions: Asked for no egg in fried rice as vegan. . Got egg!

Food has always been nice when I've ordered. My biggest issue is the app, says 15% off all orders, but at checkout it only gives 10%. Also, I've ordered enough to get 30% off using a code, but that only has 10 lifespan on it. Bit of a shady practice if you ask me.
