We visited as a small family outing to try this restaurant as one we passed often but had never thought of booking. With that being said, we went for Sunday lunch today. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they served a carvery, which we immediately and unanimously decided we were going to order. We both had burger which were a little dry and overcooked. Didn't look the most appetising. Tasted OK when sauce added. Have been here on a few occasions and has always been very nice. Staff polite. Ordered through the bar code from the table which we were advised Was the best way to do it.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Shown us to our table, Explained very well how to order at the bar or via QR code if we preferred. We chose to order at the bar, we were a party of 8, 2 separate families. We were able to make 2 separate orders for the one table, no issues at all. Most places act like it’s a major inconvenience, so we were happy with that. Food arrived in good time, and the carvery was very taste. Good food for a good price.
