The food was of low quality compared to recent visits. The Washroom was filthy and there was only two. One was locked out of order. The service was bad as very understaffed I waited an entire 30 minutes in a queu to be served then a further 15 mins waiting on food. Worst experience ever. More staff desperately required. I always go in Costa cafes but I won't frequent this one in a hurry.
Plenty of people here, within Next store- so handy for a break between shopping .But lets itself down with long queue's and long waits for just a coffee- tables left overflowing with trays, waiting to be cleared and customers having to move them elsewhere AND wipe their own tables down-- UNACCEPTABLE!!! Need to get their act together- the paying customers deserve it!!!

The food was limited, the staff were excellent, the drinks were good, we used our own cups, so we got a discount. The cafe was very busy when we visited, had to wait a few minutes for a seat, but it was lunchtime.
