I HOPE SOMEBODY TAKES NOTICE OF THESE REVIEWS! Why oh why have we been forced to use self service machines in the cafe! Although I was helped with the on screen ordering, when it came to using my free drinks tokens even the member of staff did not know what to do and had to get a supervisor to help. Disappointed to have lost the flower shop cafe leaving only the internal cafe which, sadly, is dark and not very appealing. So much nicer to be able to see the outside for the customers and the staff. Otherwise, the coffee and cake keeps us coming back for more.

McDonald’s style ordering points all very well but staff now wandering around with trays of lukewarm coffee. It should not be this difficult to serve a hot cup of coffee in a cafe! It’s almost a case of …..’You had one job’!!!
