Very poor menu layout and not allowed sweet for £2 as we not made aware that it had to ordered with the main course.Your loss as we will not be making recommendations to anyone.Total spend Inc drinks£160.
Usually it's ok for pub grub and we were looking forward to the steak and ale pie. Unfortunately it was off the menu so we went for Haddock and chips . Disappointing fish had an odd taste and dubious colour. We both ate half and wrapped up for our pooch. He ate it and no tummy probs so maybe just poor quality.

Food was alright but they were out of a lot of items. I asked for the festive steak (one of the few things left on the menu) and they gave me chips with it instead of potatoes which is what it comes with. And the spinach seemed a bit old as it was clumped together. There was no other vegetables with it either.
