This is not fast food anymore... currently at drive through, no one inside the restaurant and about 6 cars parked up also waiting-me myself sat here currently waiting for my order...waiting for orders at 7pm 2nd January... looks like they are prioritising the online order delivery's. Slow confused looking staff... sort it out
25mins to bring a drive through order out then missing a complete meal and stone cold fries asked to change the fries for fresh and for the missing meal for it to take another 15mins then the chips to be the same chips sent back. Car next to use also been waiting similar time. Mcdonalds is meant to be fast food so why is it taking that long completely useless. Would like the franchisee to reach out to me
