By far the worst McDonald's after waiting over a hour and 20 mins for my order. I ask after 40 mins and they say it's on the way I ask after a hour they said oh its here it just needs bagging up, hour and 20 mins later I ask again. And the person says I don't know what ime doing seems like nobody there knows what there doing and if they actually say they don't know what there doing then why on earth are they even working in that department..... Awful service. Ordered breakfast via the drive through and as always was asked to park up. After about 15 minutes realised that cars parked after us were getting their food, during the next 15 minutes I asked 3 different staff members where our order was and they all said, they’d bring it now. I ended up going in to the store, only to be told that our order had been given to the wrong person. Will not be using again, the two in Widnes are so much better. We never got our food

Anyone else having major problems with delivery since they reopened? Every time I've ordered I've had at least 2 drivers assigned for the food to then turn up stone cold and inedible. No one answers the phone and maccies pin the blame on Uber eats which trying to get a refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone. If I didn't need to order nuggets from here for my son I wouldn't bother ordering at all. Absolutely horrendous
