Me and my family had a 3 week stay in this hotel due to some home improvements. As hard as it was sharing one family room, with myself my partner and 3 children (12 year old, 3 year old and 7 month) for 3 weeks I couldn’t thank the staff enough for making it so much more comfortable and easy! We use Premier Inn for 1 night stop overs and this was for The Open. We were in the block facing away from the motorway and the room was new, clean and quiet. I have a bit of a back issue at the moment and was concerned I wouldn't sleep but had the best nights sleep in weeks. My wife on the other hand said the bed was not comfortable. I use a wheelchair so i booked the accessible room. It was a great size with plenty of room to move around. The bed was not to high so it was easy to transfer.The wet room bathroom was a great size too with plenty of room to move around.I did have some trouble with the doors. Tying to open a door and maneuver a wheelchair at the same time. Most of the time there was a member of staff around who would help me.
