Came here for lunch with family. Beautiful place and surroundings, attached to a castle ruin.Had booked but was no need as the place was quiet and we could sit anywhere. Ordered food and drinks from the small menu. Took a little while for the food to arrive but that could be because it all looked and tasted freshly cooked. Delicious. Portions were huge and none of us could finish!After the food we went out the back door to see the ruins, these are over several levels with views...read full review

What a great pub with one of the best beer gardens I have ever visited. Not many pubs can say their beer garden is a castle with amazing views .only popped in for a coke and snack on a hot day but was able to sit and enjoy the outdoor space . Amazing ?
