On the way back from Manchester, we were only going to stop once. We chose this place.It was very busy, at least 3 of the menu screens were out of order.Ordered the new steakhouse, with NO cheese, waited at least 30 minutes and had a feeling the manager had given my burger to someone else who didn't get their burger.Yep, it had cheese on it. I couldn't wait another 30 minutes, I had to scrape the cheese out.I also had chicken selects, these are normally lovely. They were terrible.

my order was a little wrong (though i do have a lot of stuff removed bc i’m picky) and the staff was so lovely when i went back. it was a really busy time but they were so on it and the man with the gauge piercings was super helpful and understanding <3 can’t fault
