Staff did not communicate well, I'm disabled and had to keep asking questions, as they weren't saying anything. At how expensive it is, the presentation of food and drinks could be so much better. Staff stood behind me clinking glasses while I had a migraine and was enjoying the peaceful moment. Then I found out they don't do take away cups. Cafe worker. Rude. No manners. Daughter had put 3 items and receipt on table. Cafe worker said you carnt eat that in here. We didn’t intend to. She had no customer care. Staff should learn not to say what they are thinking but to carry on with there job. If we had ate what was on the table that’s different but this lady should go on a customer care course.

The cafe closes whenever it feels so you cannot arrange a time to meet a friend or work colleague, today for example they just decided to close at 2pm! Extremely limited GF options, often cant offer items on their menu so your told what they can offer,However the staff appear mostly pleasant!Dietary restrictions: Extremely disappointed with the limited GF options, this is an on going issue, it’s not like they had just run out on the day.
